These terms explain the rules for using VAP (Verify And Pay), including submitting reports, uploading evidence, and accessing our awareness and support features.
1. Acceptable use
By using VAP, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Reports and evidence
You are responsible for providing accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Upload only evidence that you are allowed to share, and remove passwords, PINs, one-time codes, and unrelated personal information before uploading.
3. Prohibited submissions
Do not submit knowingly false reports, defamatory material, impersonation, threats, malicious files, spam, or content intended to harass or harm another person. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect users and the platform.
4. What VAP provides
VAP is an awareness, reporting, and guidance platform. We review information submitted by users and may provide practical next steps, but a report is not a finding of wrongdoing and does not replace advice from law enforcement, a financial institution, or a qualified professional.
5. Recovery outcomes and liability
We cannot guarantee that funds will be recovered, that a report will lead to enforcement action, or that every report will be published or resolved. To the extent permitted by law, VAP is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's decisions, third-party actions, service interruptions, or reliance on user-submitted information.
6. Changes and contact
